BUPA Retirement Villages

A significant refurbishment project aimed at enhancing both the common areas and the individual in-house rooms. This undertaking involved a comprehensive approach to upgrading and modernizing the facilities. A key focus of the project is the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of both the tradespeople working on-site and the residents occupying the village.
The refurbishment contract encompassed a variety of essential upgrades. These include modernizing bathroom facilities to improve comfort and accessibility, as well as conducting extensive internal carpentry work. This carpentry work involves replacing old skirting boards, upgrading fire doors to meet current safety standards, and updating internal entry doors to enhance security and aesthetics.
Additionally, the project included significant improvements to the electrical services throughout the village. These upgrades are designed to ensure reliable and efficient power distribution, supporting both the safety and convenience of the residents.
